Over the call I was able to see that a few of the items on the orders were returned. We will see if they remove it in the 48 hours they said it takes. I used to buy alot from Dooey, not anymore and trying to remove my saved credit card has even proven to been difficult. I demanded the order numbers related to the items they were trying to charge me for, they were from 15 months prior.

I called Dooney and they gave me the "recent audit" scam excuse, saying these were all valid charges. Thinking someone got my credit card info from Dooney website, I started to delete them but was unable, their site blocked me. I immediately called my credit card company to have them removed, I had not purchased from Dooney for over a year and NEVER would have imagined that it was anything but fraud. Same thing happened to me, I was charged well over $800 with 4 fraudulent charges without notification. THEY ARE A SCAM, THIEVES AND LIARS! I will leave all the bad reviews I can about these scammers so all the potential and current customers can see that they are not worth your business and your money! Stay away! BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY SEND YOU DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE AND LATER ON, REFUSE TO REFUND YOUR MONEY. They keep giving me the run around and a bunch of cheap excused but would not refund my money. I called my bank and they told me that their investigation was closed on 2/26/22, because Dooney and Bourke told them that they wouldn't refund my card if the investigation was open, so they closed it so I could get my refund. I have called several times and they even gave me the excuse that they would not refund my card until my bank closed it's investigation. I have called several times and spoke with customer service and billing and have even been given a ticket number of 681513 and to this date, 3/8/22 have not received my refund, even though they keep assuring me that it will be in my credit card in 48 to 72 hours. I immediately sent it back and never received my refund of $240.80. When I received it, I noticed it was defective.

I ordered a purse from this company approximately 2 months ago. I no longer will make purchase from this company, and I know this company does not believe in Intergrity or doing the right thing. To a person waiting believing that you would make this right and to deny a request for credit is unacceptable. No one reached out I never canceled me original order, and because I used Klarna, no one wants to make this ordeal right. I told the Rep I would wait, he stated I would get a notice when the item would ship, 6 months later I go on your website the purse is in stock, and I paid $149, using Klarna.

He gave me an option to wait, or cancel using the money for another purse. Several more weeks went by until the last Rep stated did not know when the item would be in and that the warehouse was behind due to COVID-19. Weeks went by I had to put another card on file, which meant I received a new order number. On March 9, I made a purchase for a purse and wallet, in 24hrs the purse went from ready to ship to back order mind you I paid $110. I am truly disappointed, frustrated, and feel discriminated by this company because i used Klarna for this purchase, how I was treated, no one will to make things right after all the hell I been through trying to get my merchandise.
